- Work with your project stake holders to fully understand your business goals and software project requirements.
- Provide detail documentation back to you defining your broad project requirements along with granular functionality
specifications necessary to meet those requirements.
- Provide a logical database model, application proto-type, and proof of concept(s) to the project stake holders.
- Interatively develop and test software application components, obtaining constant feedback from project stake holders.
- Utilize previously developed components to minimize time and cost for the client.
- Provide full system test plan and results to the client. Obtain testing feedback from project stake holders.
