- The system allows searching over Italian Villa properties via many different types of criteria
- All properties, property availability, and property characteristics are pulled into a local SQL Server database via two different XML vendor data sources on a pre-defined time interval
- Full password restricted area is available to manually maintain properties, availability, and characteristics
- Property registration is included to reserve properties by date range
